I had been piano shopping around South Florida for several years before finally purchasing a piano from Euro Pianos. This was the best piano buying experience I could have imagined – before during and after the sale. The showroom contains a wide range of pianos but the highlight is the Fazioli piano which many consider the finest instrument in the world. It’s a rare treat to play this piano which is exceptional in every possible way.
It has been almost two years now since I bought my beautiful piano from you and I wanted to let you know how very happy I am with my purchase. I could not play even the simplest of songs when I decided to take up piano. I just knew I wanted to do it and that I would.
When I came in to visit your Naples showroom your sales associate, Sergei Lugovskoy whom I had spoken to on the phone was waiting to greet me. He immediately made me feel at ease being around all the beautiful instruments that were in the shop. After we looked at what was available in my price range I was able to narrow it down to two beautiful choices. Not being able to play yet I had to ask Sergei if he would play the pianos for me so I could hear how each sounded. He was most accommodating and it was evident he is also a very talented piano player himself, being a graduate of Juilliard.
With Sergei’s help and I was able to choose the perfect piano for me and have enjoyed every minute I have sat down to play this beautiful instrument. He was also very helpful with putting me in contact with a wonderful instructor whom is now at your shop as Event Coordinator, Milana Strezeva, also a Juilliard graduate. With her very patient teaching style and amazing knowledge piano, I am learning to play this beautiful instrument and understand the fundamentals of music. Cynthia S., MiamiA pianist for over 65 years and still playing my 51 year-old Yamaha Grand (a fabulous instrument), I just could not bear another winter in Florida (I am from Canada) without playing the piano every day. My decision to buy a piano and the subsequent search was quite exhaustive. I covered 7 piano outlets from Cape Coral to Ft. Myers and finally Naples.
From the time I entered Europianos, I knew I had found THE place to purchase my piano. Not only was there an extensive selection of pianos with prices to accommodate almost every budget, but more importantly, all the personnel are pianists. Indeed, 2 are Julliard graduates. How can you sell a piano if you are not a pianist yourself and can understand the subtle differences between each of the pianos?
With the help of Raniero, the fabulous Fazioli piano expert, I was successful in finding a new piano with which I am totally delighted and satisfied. Raniero did not sell me a piano, he assisted me in choosing a piano which had the action and tonal qualities I was looking for. I did so appreciate his professionalism (and his patience). What a contrast with my experiences in other outlets where I felt the salesmen were just that – salesmen. (It would not have surprised me to find them selling cars on their off days!)
I really cannot recommend Europianos too highly.
